If your product is damaged in the mail, please send photo verification of the damaged goods and we will send a replacement to you.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

New shipping charges will be applied for orders that have been unclaimed at customs, returned by you, or had an incorrect address originally provided.

Orders returns due to wrong sizing

Because we print everything on demand, we can’t accept returns if you ordered the wrong size.  However, we do everything we can to make sure our size guides are available for you.  If ordering for someone else, it’s a good idea to measure and item of clothing they already wear since manufactures often have different measurements for their sizes.  A large in one brand may not fit the same as a large in another brand.
