If I place an order, do I get placed on a mailing list?

Our system is set-up to send you emails regarding information that concerns your order. However, unless you check the checkbox to be part of our mailing list, you will not receive any other emails from us. Should you opt in to be part of our mailing list, you may receive emails form time to time we think you will be interested in, such as new designs or special deals. We do not share any other details with anyone else outside of our trusted partners.

I placed an order, but I didn’t receive a notification or confirmation.

Please check your spam or junk mail boxes for emails from brewingswag.com. If you don’t find it, you can always contact us, since we keep a copy of your order on file.

How do I know my credit card details will be kept private and secure?

We ask that you do not enter any credit card details on our site. We use PayPal to process all payments precisely because they are the leading payment processor in the world and have the infrastructure that makes them the most trusted payment processor the world over. Once your order has been processed, PayPal send us a notification and we can begin to process your order. In addition, on BrewingSwag.com we use Secure Socket Layer technology to encrypt any details that are sent by transit. This is why you see a green lock in the URL in your browser when you are processing your payment.

Can I return my shirt if it doesn’t fit?

Because we includes specific sizes on our product pages, it is your responsibility to confirm you are happy with the size of the shirt before confirming your order.  Once you have clicked on the “confirm” button, it’s usually not possible edit or cancel your order.  If your address was entered in wrong, please contact us as soon as possible – it may be possible to make that change if it is in time.  But sadly, our shirt supplier will not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.

What if a shipment is damaged?

If your product is damaged in the mail, please send photo verification of the damaged goods and we will send a replacement to you.  Please contact our printer and shipper at 11025 Westlake Drive, Charlotte, NC 28273.

Please file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the product was delivered.

Can you guarantee shipment times?

We do our absolute best to make delivery simple and get you your product on time. However because we are dealing with printers and shippers that are not employed by us, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. We will do our best to notify you of any known delays however.

I am not in the US – do I have to pay duties?

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. Any fees are paid to appropriate customs agency by you.
